On August 17th, the signing ceremony of the Shandong Huaxing New Energy Electric Bridge project of Linyi Construction Group in Pingyi County was held in Jinan.

member of the Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Pingyi
County Party Committee, Yu Mengsheng, President of Linyi Construction
Group and Chairman of Linyi Heavy Machinery, Fu Bin, Chairman of
Shandong Huaxing New Material Technology Co., Ltd., Qi Shuqi, Director
of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, Zhu Maobo, Director
of the Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau, Chu Bing,
Director of the Municipal Local Financial Supervision and Administration

Zhang Xiaobin, on behalf of the County Party Committee and County

leaders and guests present. She pointed out that the Municipal Party

development, positioning it as a sub-central city of the city, and
specially introduced supportive opinions for high-quality development,
providing strong impetus for Pingyi's high-quality development from all
dimensions and perspectives. Since the beginning of this year, Pingyi
County has scientifically planned and established the "1148" work idea,
accelerated the construction of a "3+3+3" modern industrial system, and
laid out the "two districts, six parks, and three bases" platform
support, steadily implemented the transformation and upgrading of six
traditional industries, achieving steady and progressive economic and
social development.
The successful signing of the new energy electric bridge project is
another success story in the history of Pingyi's equipment manufacturing
industry. The project complies with national policy orientation and
industrial development trends, seizes opportunities and takes the lead
in the industry frontier, aiming at the "dual-carbon" target. It fully
utilizes the advantages of Huaxing's ultra-high-strength wear-resistant
materials, achieves subversive upgrading from traditional casting to
modern technology, low-carbon emissions, and product substitution
through electrification, lightweighting, and ultra-high strength. It
leads the direction of future equipment manufacturing industry
development. Next, Pingyi County will always adhere to the concept of
"project-oriented, enterprise-respected", vigorously promote the style
of "strict, precise, and fast", uphold the purpose of "responding to
every call and disturbing nothing without cause", and ensure the early
production and early effectiveness of the project by providing greater
sincerity, more practical measures, and better policies in the most

Yu Mengsheng stated that the signing of the new energy electric bridge
project is an important initiative for Linyi Construction Group and
Shandong Huaxing to actively respond to Linyi's advanced industrial city
strategy and layout of the new energy market. It is a successful
example of Pingyi County's efforts to attract investment, optimize the
business environment, and achieve win-win cooperation between government
and enterprises. We will take this cooperation as an opportunity,
strive to practice the Yimeng spirit, promote the landing of the project
as soon as possible, drive the transformation and upgrading of Linyi's
economic development and sustainable development, provide strong impetus
for Pingyi's new and old kinetic energy conversion, and contribute to
the implementation of the "Eight Major Strategies" for modern strong
cities.
Before the signing ceremony, the attending leaders and guests visited
the Linyi Construction Group exhibition hall and production workshop. It
is understood that the total investment of the new energy electric
bridge project is 1.5 billion yuan, covering an area of 420 acres. The
project mainly constructs a production line for annual output of 100,000
electric vehicle bridges and a production line for annual output of
50,000 tons of precision cast steel, which will help promote the
extension and strengthening of the industrial chain and the cluster
development of Pingyi's equipment manufacturing industry.
